🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in sales enablement, onboarding, or GTM ops
• Program Design: Architect onboarding/training at scale
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills
• Organization: Strong PM skills across cohorts and timelines
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with CRM, Gong, LMS, Confluence
• Collaboration: Cross-functional work with sales, marketing, product, RevOps, and People
