- 1+ year customer service experience in telecom, SaaS, or cloud
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of VoIP or Unified Communications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
