  • Follow onboarding workflows and meet SLAs
  • Configure extensions, services, features, and activate equipment

  • Troubleshoot common configuration/installation issues

  • 1+ year customer service experience in telecom, SaaS, or cloud
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of VoIP or Unified Communications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
