  • Own day-to-day EMEA onboarding coordination: logistics, scheduling, stakeholders.
  • Draft and send templated onboarding emails to hires and managers.
  • Manage calendar invites for onboarding sessions, tech setup, and leadership sessions.
  • Partner with EMEA IT onboarding for device readiness and Day 1 delivery.
  • Coordinate in-person onboarding logistics in Dublin and London.
  • Support Day 1 integration with Workplace teams for badges, space, and arrivals.

  • Experience in onboarding coordination, HR ops, or program coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; manage timelines and time zones.
  • Proficiency with Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and related tools.
