• Handle remote Go-Live and post-live guidance.
• Train retail staff on Toast workflows for efficiency.
• Manage 45+ onboarding engagements region-wide.

🎯 Requirements

• English & Spanish professional fluency.
• 4+ years in customer satisfaction and business operations.
• 1+ year in project management/implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Independent with changing priorities.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Asana, Google Workspace; strong organizational discipline.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
