Onboarding Consultant I, xtraChef - Mandarin

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for xtraCHEF by Toast with PM strategies.
• Partner with restaurant owners to implement product lines.
• Guide customers to activation and milestone goals.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements (80+ restaurants).
• Provide post-activation guidance and training.
• Adapt onboarding materials into Mandarin for non-English stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Mandarin & English, written and verbal.
• 3+ years in customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Experience with COGS and inventory analysis in F&B or Hospitality.
• Comfortable outbound outreach via phone to guide lifecycle.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals and backlog hygiene.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time mgmt, influencing skills.
