  • Build onboarding plans that meet timelines and budget.
  • Create best practices to manage labor, costs, table turns, and guest relations.
  • Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs pre-installation.
  • Document Toast POS installation and deviations; enforce best practices.
  • Lead onboarding trainings; manage 80+ restaurants; provide remote Go-Live support.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in roles focused on customer satisfaction and business ops (GM).
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
  • Salesforce CRM experience (nice to have).
  • POS experience (nice to have).
