📋 Description

• Partner with restaurant owners during Go-Live using Toast knowledge and PM skills.
• Create onboarding best practices for daily ops; enable staff to use Toast.
• Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs.
• Onboard remotely; document Toast installation and note deviations.
• Create and lead onboarding training for staff to optimize Toast usage.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements (80+ restaurants) in your region.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English required.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry.
• 3+ years in a customer-satisfaction/operations role.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication, organization, and influencing skills.
