📋 Description

• Partner with restaurant owners during Go-Live and post-launch activation of Toast modules
• Create best practices for managing labor, costs, table turns, and guest relations
• Consult with clients to determine configuration needs before go-live
• Perform onboarding configurations remotely and document go-live processes
• Focus on operational efficiencies to boost guest and staff experience
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously (100–130 customers)

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Mandarin and English required
• 3+ years experience in customer satisfaction and operations
• Able to work independently and handle shifting priorities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills
