📋 Description

• Partner with restaurant owners during Go-Live; build onboarding plans.
• Create onboarding best practices for daily ops and Toast usage.
• Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs.
• Onboard remotely; document installation and deviations.
• Lead onboarding training for staff on Toast workflows.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements (80+ restaurants).

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry.
• 3+ years in customer satisfaction and operations (e.g., GM).
• Independent worker with competing priorities in a changing environment.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
