  • 3+ years hospitality (Front Desk/Revenue) or 3+ years SaaS customer-facing.
  • Deep expertise in Revenue Management and RMS tools (pricing/forecasting).
  • Translate AI concepts (Revenue Intelligence) into clear business terms.
  • Empathetic, customer-focused communication and service mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Email Marketing platforms; share feedback with product teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong organizational skills.
  • English fluency required; Spanish preferred.
  • Bonus: Project Management certification.
