- Empathetic, customer-focused communication and service mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM/Email Marketing platforms; share feedback with product teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong organizational skills.
- English fluency required; Spanish preferred.
- Bonus: Project Management certification.
