Onboarding Associate

📋 Description

• Deliver training for new and existing employees on customer service and product basics.
• Lead virtual classroom sessions to facilitate learning.
• Use role-plays, simulations, and group activities.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to leadership.
• Conduct refresher trainings on new products or policy changes.
• Identify knowledge gaps via performance evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in training, learning and development, or related field.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage learners at all levels.
• Proficiency with LMS tools such as Articulate RISE, Lessonly, Google Workspace.
• Analytical mindset to assess training needs and analyze performance data.
• Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• SaaS or transportation industry experience a plus; Salesforce experience a plus.
