🎯 Requirements
- JD from a US law school and licensed to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 4–7 years of attorney experience (firm or in-house).
- Experience with general corporate matters and drafting commercial contracts.
- Contract drafting and negotiation on both sell- and buy-side.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to build consensus with business clients.
