🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school; licensed in at least one US jurisdiction
- 4-7 years of experience as an attorney (firm or in-house)
- Experience with general corporate matters and drafting commercial contracts
- Experience drafting and negotiating on both sell- and buy-side
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
