Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and manage strategic partner and vendor/client contracts.
• Master service agreements, SOWs, SaaS, and data protection agreements.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, procurement, and vendors to draft/approve contracts.
• Provide clear, professional communication with partners and clients.
• Ensure contracts align with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Hybrid role; two onsite days per week in Plano, TX.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school; licensed in US.
• 4-7 years of experience as attorney (firm or in-house).
• Experience with general corporate matters and drafting commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting/negotiating on sell- and buy-side.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
