🎯 Requirements

3+ years in field ops/retail ops/implementation; on-site go-lives.
Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; adapt to change.
Strong on-the-floor communication and training; build trust.
Hands-on hardware setup, SOPs, troubleshooting, and escalation.
Willing to travel regionally; flexible to early/late shifts.
Experience launching new tech in retail; data fluency is a plus.
