- Serve as the main point of contact for the client at the onsite location.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through daily interaction and issue resolution.
- Coordinate scheduling, onboarding and orientation of agency workers, including rota creation.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance metrics; take action as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with policies.
- Complete KPI and payroll reports; submit daily payroll for Monday processing.

- Experience within a similar people management or recruitment role.
- Knowledge of right to work and working time regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
