  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client at the onsite location.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through daily interaction and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate scheduling, onboarding and orientation of agency workers, including rota creation.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance metrics; take action as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with policies.
  • Complete KPI and payroll reports; submit daily payroll for Monday processing.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
