On-Site Certified Medical Assistant - Livonia, MI

📋 Description

• Work directly in clinics to assist CCM and RPM programs.
• Engage with patients in person to review care plans and goals.
• Serve as liaison between patients, clinical staff, and Medsien’s care management team.
• Assist clinic staff with enrollments, patient follow-ups, and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepare relevant health data for patient visits to support care delivery.
• 1099 contract role; on-site in Livonia, MI; travel to multiple clinics as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• CMA or RMA certification required.
• 1+ years of clinical experience, preferably in care management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and patients.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical processes.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to different clinic locations in the Greater Alexandria, Virginia area as needed.
