🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of childcare experience in daycare/preschool (Lead Teacher)
- Knowledge of child development stages and age-appropriate learning
- Understanding of health, hygiene, and safety standards for children
- Excellent communication with children and parents
- Curriculum and lesson planning experience
