📋 Description

• Provide backup childcare in a play-based room for ages 2-12.
• Lead teacher duties include safety, behavior management, and activity planning.
• Shift: 10 am–5 pm as needed.
• Collaborate with Center Directors to maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
• Communicate with parents with regular updates and emergency contact handling.
• Create curriculum and plan activities; manage records.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year childcare/daycare/preschool experience
• Knowledge of child development stages
• Health, hygiene, and safety standards
• Excellent communication with children and parents
• Curriculum and lesson planning experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• First Aid and CPR certification (we can support completion prior)
