π― Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in daycare/preschool (Lead Teacher)
- Knowledge of child development stages and age-appropriate learning techniques
- Understanding of health, hygiene, and safety standards for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and parents
- First Aid and CPR certification (we can support completion prior to start date)
