On-Call Runner, Licensed Practical Nurse

📋 Description

• Making home visits to clients living in designated territories.
• Administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical Manager and Client Services Managers.
• Follow up on, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as needed.
• Document observations and interventions using EMR on a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Pennsylvania LPN license.
• Minimum one year of recent LPN experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Home care experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
