- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

🎯 Requirements
- Current Vermont RN license.
- Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care or hospice experience preferred, but not required.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
- Compassionate, dedicated RN with strong communication.
