  • Directly manage and lead field sales team in the SoPac market.
  • Build relationships with distributors, brokers, retailers to drive sales.
  • Develop and execute route-to-market strategies; identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Set monthly priorities, track KPI performance and ensure goals.
  • Travel 50%+ for on-site support and account development.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-8 years sales in a CPG company (beverage preferred)
  • 1+ year people leadership in field sales
  • Strong planning, org, PM; MS Office
  • Relationships with retailers/distributors (UNFI, KeHE, LAD, CCD)
  • SPINS, DSD depletions, Retailer Portals experience
  • Route-to-market strategy development and execution
