Responsible for the expansion and maintenance of VIP users.
Proactively acquire individual high-net-worth clients (HNW), establish high-quality relationships, and enhance user activity and transaction depth.
Deeply understand user needs, provide customized service solutions, and improve user retention and satisfaction.
Data analysis-driven growth: Leverage user transaction behavior data to enhance customer stickiness.
Industry Insight and Product Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of industry trends and financial products; promptly track client feedback and assist the team in quick response and iteration.
Cross-Departmental Coordination of Internal Resources
Collaborate with Product, Risk Control, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to implement high-net-worth client benefits, product features, and exclusive experiences.
Assist in handling major client emergencies to ensure the stability and reliability of user assets and trading experience.
Activity Planning and Execution: Includes online and offline events, VIP meet-ups, competition events, etc., to boost client engagement; plan and drive conversion growth strategies for high-value clients.
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Marketing-related fields.
3+ years of experience in the Key Account / Private Banking / Exchange / Financial Derivatives sectors, with a preference for experience in Crypto Trading or VIP service.
Possess excellent communication skills, resilience to pressure, and service consciousness.
Biliginual in Chinese and English is required to communicate with different stakeholders.
Acknowledge and be passionate about the crypto industry, and be able to accept frequent business travel and an unscheduled communication rhythm.
