About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:

Responsible for the design and development of the company's core system;

Maintain good communication with the collaborative team, make reasonable suggestions on requirements, and ensure the smooth progress of development work as planned;

Responsible for database design, system design, API interface design, external system access, etc.;

Troubleshoot and resolve overall link problems;
What We Look For In You:
-
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or related field, experience in Java actual project development; Project experience in high performance and high concurrency scenarios is preferred
-
Have a solid Java foundation, have deep experience in Java multithreading, concurrency and network communication, and have good programming habits

Have some research on common Internet open source projects or middle price (at least 1 or 2), with source code experience is preferred, such as: kafka, rocketmq, GRPC, dubbo, redis, mysql, ES, cache, spring/springboot, etc

Familiar with the design and application of distributed system, familiar with the mechanism and implementation of distribution, cache, message, load balancing, etc
Nice to Haves:
- Love technology, unremitting pursuit of technology, like to study open source code

Good learning ability, teamwork ability and communication ability; Good at thinking, able to analyze and solve problems independently

Good business understanding and product awareness

Have good self-drive and self-management ability, can adapt to distributed office well
-
Understand Web3, public chain business and technology, relevant work experience is preferred.
