BA/BS degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience in product management and/or at least 2 years focused on localization.
Deep understanding of localization principles, processes, and tools, including translation management systems (TMS) and content management systems (CMS).
Proven track record of successfully leading localization projects from conception to delivery, with a focus on user experience and market expansion.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed localization decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions.
Action-oriented, dedicated self-starter
Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English
