What You'll Be Doing:

Drive Ecosystem Expansion: Create and execute initiatives to increase adoption of the X Layer, targeting innovative projects and key contributors to foster growth.
- Collaborate with protocol engineers and ecosystem teams to shape the foundational components that power developer adoption and ecosystem growth.

Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and strengthen connections with top Web3 talent, including developers, investors, and community leaders, to drive collaborative opportunities.

Empower Builders & Startups: Support teams developing on X Layer by offering guidance, resources, and networking opportunities to help them scale successfully.

Align Internal & External Efforts: Collaborate with BD, product, and growth teams to drive adoption, TVL, and active usage across institutional partners.
What We Look For In You:

Proven experience in Web3 products or related crypto/blockchain products. Foundation experience expanding ecosystems is a plus.

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate trade-offs and prioritize product backlogs effectively.

Passion for web3 innovation, with a focus on design and user experience.

Leading initiatives in expanding the OKX web3 ecosystem, shaping the future of our product and team.

OKX Statement:
The salary range for this position is $223,661 to $313,055. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
