About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Web3 Growth Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain and a proven track record of driving growth initiatives. The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our user base, increase engagement, and drive adoption of our blockchain products and services. Our team cultivates a harmonious atmosphere where members willingly share experiences and support one another.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Drive product GTM operations, coordinating the Group's resources across diverse functional sectors such as Technology Development, Products, and different markets to fulfil the overall project and quantitative targets at all stages
Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of growth initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Collaborate with management to identify, define, launch, and drive essential strategic and operational projects. Advise and support various functional groups and cross-functional initiatives with strategy and operations
Conduct user research to identify the demands, preferences and opportunities in order to increase Web3 user activity and loyalty
Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations in web3 and incorporate insights into growth strategies.
Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.

What We Look For In You:

2-3 years working in Blockchain, Web3, or NFTs sectors
Strong knowledge and passion in Blockchain, particularly Wallet, DeFi, GameFi, or NFT. Full understanding of blockchain and its application.
Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through innovative strategies and initiatives.
Excellent at organising and managing internal and external resource allocation challenges, coordinating project schedules, and enhancing overall efficiency
Exceptional planning and analysis skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.

Nice To Haves:

Experience in various Web3 Protocols & Affiliate/KOL management
Strong data & analytics sense
Bilingual Proficiency in English/Chinese (to communicate with our chinese speaking counterparts)
