To excel in the role, you not only think strategically but also have the ability to be hands on. Someone who will be able to advise business, not merely provide HR operational support
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Experience working effectively with global, remote teams across timezones.
Passionate about building and shaping company culture, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration.
Proficiency in conversational Mandarin is a plus, as you may be interacting with internal stakeholders from Mandarin-speaking countries
Experience with performance management systems and compensation & benefits programs in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to cryptocurrency.
