Design and deliver product solutions that are audit-ready, transparent, and scalable
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fintech, platform, or highly regulated environment.
Strong product intuition with a user-first mindset; you’ve designed seamless experiences in complex ecosystems.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify user friction points
Experience working with or around regulatory/risk requirements, even if not directly responsible for compliance.
Ability to translate abstract requirements into elegant, actionable product solutions.
Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in navigating technical and regulatory discussions.
Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks or data privacy requirements.
Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and experimentation frameworks.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
