Campaign Execution: Launching and monitoring paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and others for both web and mobile.
Ad Performance Monitoring: Track and communicate daily campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPM, CPA). Flag trends and help optimize underperforming assets or ad sets.
Creative Analysis: Analyze the performance of ad creatives across channels (e.g., imagery, copy, format) to identify what’s working and what’s not.
Communication: Translate findings into clear, structured insights and communicate them regularly with the design and marketing teams to guide future creative development and testing.
Budget Tracking: Support the team in managing and pacing campaign budgets, ensuring spend efficiency across all platforms.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the CRM and product teams to launch campaigns and new products.
Reporting: Help prepare performance marketing dashboards and weekly reports using Analytics tools and in-house dashboards.
3-5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
Understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok).
Basic understanding of MMP Platform (Appsflyer, Adjust).
Analytical mindset and curiosity to ask “why” and “how” around campaign results.
A team player who takes initiative, is detail-oriented, and good at structuring information.
Familiarity with crypto and MENA markets is a huge plus.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
