- Experience mapping and improving end-to-end HR workflows.
- Led/delivered complex HR or digital transformation projects.
- Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Strong written/verbal communication; Mandarin a plus.
- High EQ; able to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities; solve problems; drive initiatives.
