Analyze employee engagement data and people metrics to identify key trends and translate insights into actionable strategies that improve organizational health and employee satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally supporting Product and Engineering teams in tech, fintech, or financial services.
Demonstrated success leading and developing HRBP teams or HR sub-functions.
Deep expertise across multiple HR domains, including employment law, total rewards, organizational design, talent management, employee relations, and performance enablement.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence, coach, and collaborate effectively across all levels — from individual contributors to C-suite leaders.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-cultural sensitivity and a strong partnership mindset.
Strategic thinker who is hands-on, data-driven, and solution-oriented.
High integrity, adaptability, and commitment to building an inclusive, transparent, and performance-driven culture.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
