Own and implement the community and event strategy for user retention in Australia.
Develop targeted programs such as educational webinars, user roundtables, in-person crypto meetups, and loyalty events to engage existing users.
Tailor community initiatives to specific user segments (e.g., retail holders, first-time traders, experienced crypto users).

What we're looking for
5–8+ years in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing with a strong record in fintech, crypto, or trading-related industries.
Experience driving retention and engagement through user segmentation, product education, and strategic programs.
Strong understanding of the Australian crypto user base, behaviour patterns, and regulatory environment.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver user engagement strategies that align with compliance and localisation needs.
Highly collaborative with strong communication skills—able to partner with Product, Data, CRM, and Legal teams effectively.
Analytical and experiment-driven, with working knowledge of behavioural data platforms and retention KPIs.
