Deep understanding of growth analytics, including attribution modeling and performance forecasting.
Strong command of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSP, Tiktok Ads, Tableau, and Appsflyer.
Data-driven and hypothesis-led — comfortable diving deep into CAC, LTV, ROAS, and cohort performance metrics.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on executional excellence.
Strong leadership and communication skills; able to influence cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Prior experience developing tailored go-to-market strategies for US and EEA users is highly preferred.
Experience in regulated financial, crypto, or digital asset environments.
Previous leadership at a growth-stage or publicly listed tech company.
Background in performance-driven creative strategy or lifecycle optimization.
