Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across global markets and multiple channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, ASO)
Own and optimize key KPIs: CAC, LTV, payback period, ROI, conversion rates
Build a high-performing acquisition team, and establish an experimentation culture with rapid iteration
Collaborate closely with product, data, local market and brand teams to drive growth loop efficiency
Explore crypto-native acquisition levers (airdrop, token incentives, referral programs, ambassador strategies)
Build robust attribution models and reporting frameworks for better decision-making
Stay on top of market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities
6+ years of user acquisition or growth marketing experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
Hands-on experience managing global paid channels and large user acquisition budgets
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel analysis, and experimentation methodology
Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial apps is strongly preferred
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with attribution/analytics tools (e.g., GA, Adjust, AppsFlyer)
Fluent in English; multi-market/global background is a plus
Experience with Web3-native growth channels (on-chain referral, token-based incentives, community-driven campaigns)
Background in early-stage hyper-growth companies
