Methodology & Playbook Development: Lead the creation, documentation, and iteration of best-practice playbooks and SOPs for your designated channel, transforming individual expertise into a structured, organizational asset.
Data Analysis & Insights: Establish a robust measurement framework, utilizing analytics tools for precise attribution and in-depth analysis. Deliver clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.

What We Look For In You:
8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 5 years of deep, hands-on experience managing and optimizing major paid channels with a proven track record of managing seven-figure monthly budgets.
A recognized subject-matter expert in a specific channel, with a mastery of its algorithms, strategies, and latest trends.
Proven experience building channel optimization frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks from the ground up.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional communication skills.
A strong understanding of the Cryptocurrency (Crypto) or FinTech industry is **highly preferred**.
Proven success with large-scale Facebook/Meta advertising is a significant plus.
Full professional proficiency in English is required for all business communications and reporting.
Basic conversational Mandarin is a necessity.
