Technical Consultant (Okta)

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on consulting and deployment services to Okta customers.
• Lead multiple deployment projects to ensure long-term customer success.
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
• Communicate with customers and partners at the appropriate technical level.
• Mentor and train customers on the service.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Identity federation protocols: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation.
• Software development experience: Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST/JSON.
• JavaScript and major frameworks: React, Backbone, Angular, Ember.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently; strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise identity lifecycle processes and standards.
