📋 Description

• Lead lifecycle of AI-powered productivity services—from ideation to operations.
• Launch and manage an Employee Productivity Suite as a cohesive product.
• Drive initiatives to evolve and secure collaboration endpoints.
• Hire, mentor, and retain talent for the distributed Productivity Engineers.
• Manage service and business expectations and prioritize resource allocation.
• Ensure the security and compliance of all BT Engineering applications and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 8+ years of experience in technical leadership.
• 7+ years of experience in people management.
• Proven experience deploying AI-driven solutions or machine learning models.
• Experience navigating security and compliance audits (FedRAMP, CIS, SOX, SOC2, PCI).
• In-depth knowledge of collaboration, messaging, and endpoint applications.
