Okta Integrations Consultant

📋 Description

• Work as an Okta Integration Consultant with IT to address backlog from triage to delivery.
• Drive end-to-end execution of the Okta backlog, including new integration requests.
• Implement SSO and SCIM provisioning to eliminate manual password management and reduce admin overhead.
• Automate user lifecycle management for timely offboarding and compliant access suspension.
• Drive projects independently with minimal oversight and provide regular updates to the Sr. IT Analyst.
• Produce clear documentation and transfer knowledge for all completed integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Integration Proficiency: Proven experience configuring SAML 2.0, OIDC, and JIT integrations for a wide variety of SaaS applications.
• Lifecycle Management: Experience in automating User Lifecycle Management, including SCIM provisioning, attribute mapping, and other create-update-deactivate scenarios.
• Project Volume: Demonstrated history of managing high-volume integration projects with current proficiency in the Okta ecosystem
• Backlog Triage: Ability to analyze project backlog and prioritize work based on security risk, business impact, and technical complexity In collaboration with impacted teams and integration stakeholders.
• Documentation Discipline: Ability to produce detailed documentation and transfer knowledge for every integration to ensure internal teams can seamlessly conduct post-project support and maintenance.
• Stakeholder Management: Experienced acting as project manager and liaison between IT, App Owners (the "business side"), and vendors to gather technical requirements, manage project scope and facilitate stakeholder communication.
