- Lead APJ onboarding delivery to hit core competencies and productivity.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions (virtual & in-person) and coach new AEs.
- Localize global onboarding assets for APJ messaging, plays, and intel.
- Coordinate local program logistics, including guest speakers and calendars.
- Serve as primary regional mentor for new hires.
- Liaise with sales leaders to track progress and drive accountability.
🎯 Requirements
- Extensive enablement/onboarding experience; global software co preferred.
- Strong CIAM and security landscape knowledge or ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for delivering impactful learning experiences.
- Proven track record scaling enablement programs in mid-to-large orgs.
- Willing to travel ~25% in APJ and 3–4 times/year to the US.
