Fulfill post-install tasks and ongoing merchant maintenance.
Customize widgets and investigate frontend bugs.
Follow coding guidelines to ensure high-quality work.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in a customer-facing technical support role.
Experience writing code, especially HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills.
