  • Provide responsive chat and email support during onboarding and maintenance.
  • Complete onboarding tasks with front-end Shopify work (HTML/Liquid, CSS, JS).
  • Install Okendo widgets on storefronts and perform feature setup (SEO and integrations).
  • Customize widgets, install extra components, and investigate front-end bugs.
  • Maintain high-quality work per Okendo guidelines; contribute to internal docs.
  • Collaborate with teams and escalate incidents as needed.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical support.
  • Experience coding; front-end HTML/CSS/JS; Shopify helpful.
  • Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SaaS and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, fast learner.
