🎯 Requirements

3+ years in a customer-facing tech support role
Experience coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong written and verbal communication
Proven troubleshooting and debugging abilities
Proficiency with HTML/CSS, Shopify, SaaS, and HubSpot CRM
Customer-focused with ownership and time management
