OHS & Workplace Experience Coordinator

📋 Description

• Oversee local OHS in Bucharest per Romanian law and Braze standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace health and safety risks.
• Maintain OHS documentation per legislation and company standards.
• Coordinate regular OHS training and awareness sessions.
• Partner with external OHS providers and local authorities as needed.
• Lead reception and day-to-day workplace support.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• On-site, Mon-Fri, full-time.
• Confident, positive, highly visible in Braze Workplace.
• Passion for best-in-class workplace experience and customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift 25–30 lbs and familiar with Mac and GSuite.
