🎯 Requirements
- Ohio licensure as IMFT, LISW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
- Experience treating healthcare professionals, mental health workers, and/or first responders
- Available for at least 10-15 hours per week
- Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
- Experience with CBT/DBT/ACT/IFS/EMDR or Gottman Method
