📋 Description

  • Develop and optimize offline media campaigns across TV, radio, podcasts, and direct mail.
  • Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, media planning, measurement, and optimization.
  • Design test-and-learn experiments to improve spend efficiency and channel impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and profitability; present data-driven recommendations.
  • Build reports showing lift, attribution, and cross-channel impact across metrics.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to tailor assets for each offline channel.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years experience planning and optimizing offline media channels.
  • Proven track record driving customer acquisition and brand lift via offline media.
  • Strong offline measurement: matched market analysis, incrementality, brand lift.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with offline and digital media cross-channel impact measurement.
