  • Plan and execute TV, Audio, and Direct Mail campaigns at scale.
  • Balance brand storytelling with performance accountability.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Analytics, Media Strategy, MarTech, and agencies.
  • Ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform efficiently.
  • Build offline media expertise to scale the program.
  • Manage day-to-day execution: trafficking, asset coordination, and launches.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years hands-on offline media campaigns (TV, Audio, Direct Mail)
  • Experience supporting or scaling large-budget media programs ($10M+ annually)
  • Nice to have: regulated/compliance-heavy environments (fintech, finance)
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decisions
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, MarTech, and Media/Agency teams
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail
