π― Requirements
- 3β5 years hands-on offline media campaigns (TV, Audio, Direct Mail)
- Experience supporting or scaling large-budget media programs ($10M+ annually)
- Nice to have: regulated/compliance-heavy environments (fintech, finance)
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decisions
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, MarTech, and Media/Agency teams
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail
