- 3-5 years hands-on offline media experience (TV, Audio, Direct Mail)
- Experience scaling large-budget media programs ($10M+/yr)
- Strong analytical mindset; use performance data to guide decisions
- Cross-functional partnership with Creative, Analytics, MarTech, and Media/Agency teams
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams with attention to detail
- Familiarity with offline attribution, incrementality testing, or MMM
- Experience working closely with media agencies on execution and reporting
