  • Plan and execute TV, Audio, and Direct Mail campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Analytics, MarTech, and agencies.
  • Drive CAC efficiency and growth through offline media.
  • Manage trafficking, assets, specs, and launch readiness.
  • Monitor pacing and performance; surface insights and optimizations.
  • Develop fluency in offline measurement (attribution, incrementality).

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years managing offline media campaigns (TV, Audio, Direct Mail)
  • Experience scaling large-budget media programs ($10M+/yr)
  • Strong analytical mindset using performance data
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Analytics, MarTech
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with offline attribution, incrementality, MMM
